Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a new Urgent Treatment Centre at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. This pivotal role involves driving the programme to align with NHS service transformation priorities and our Trust's clinically led strategy.
As UTC Programme Manager, you will oversee the planning, management, and delivery of critical work streams, including design, clinical pathway transformation, workforce modelling, mobilisation, and the building programme. You will be accountable for operational activities ensuring they meet legislative requirements, sustainability targets, and strategic objectives.
Interviews are provisionally scheduled to take place week commencing 15th September 2025.
