This Matron for Children and Young People post will further strengthen and expand our current senior nursing structure across the service and will provide strong senior leadership for the nursing and care teams. This postholder will work closely alongside our existing Matron role, and will lead on the development of designated teams and clinical areas within the service.

The Matron will support the Associate Chief Nurse - Children and Young People in delivering and achieving the divisional and Trust strategies and objectives.
