Job summary
To be the lead for the Trust's development and deployment of a performance management framework with a view to strengthening our approach to strategy delivery, organisational performance management, board to ward oversight of operational and quality performance. This will include the shaping and implementation of appropriate performance management governance for the Trust Board, Board sub-committees, the Executive Committee, Executive Sub-committees and Divisional Boards.
Responsible for data quality assurance within the organisation. This will involve successful oversight and management of the data quality policy including the implementation and ongoing assurance of the data quality kite mark for all business critical measures.
The post holder will draw on a wide range of information both internally and externally in order that the Trust is appraised of its performance and aware of how this compares with peers regionally and nationally.
To support performance improvement, the post holder will proactively share innovation, improvement and learning that will support our drive for continuous improvement and being digitally enabled.
