We are looking for an administrator to support the medical appraisal and revalidation processes for our medical workforce. This opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual who wants to make a difference by assisting with managing, maintaining and monitoring records of the medical appraisal and revalidation systems. A key focus of the role is to ensure all data is correct and validated. Therefore, you will have excellent data entry and excel skills whilst being able to run reports, with the need for attention to detail being a high priority.
The post requires a high level of organisational skills and good interpersonal skills, particularly as the post holder will maintain contact with doctors across the trust and a range of external agencies.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Medical Resourcing Team and Chief Medical Officer and will have an appreciation of the medical workforce and their challenges.
In addition, the successful candidate will have a strong administrative background, the ability to work to tight deadlines and excellent problem-solving skills is key.
