Job summary
Are you a registered hospital or community pharmacy technician, or are due to register as one in the next three months? This may be the ideal opportunity for you
Depending on your experience you may be able join us as a band 4 to 5 bank technician. You will need strong communication and team working skills along with drive and enthusiasm for this role at SASH.
This bank technician role involves working in medicines management on the wards and assisting in running of the dispensary including ACPT checking. If you have qualifications in both of these areas, you would be employed as a Band 5. Otherwise, you would be band 4 and supported with training to achieve these.
We are looking for candidates who can cover bank hours during the week and / or weekends. Ideally with hospital experience, however we are happy to develop community-based technicians who are not afraid of change and who have the determination and ambition to make a difference to patient care in this sector.
