Main duties of the job

About the team

This is an opportunity to be part of our kaizen promotion office (KPO) team who are responsible for leading the improvement work and building lean capacity and capability across the organisation and system through training, education, coaching and support. Kaizen means continuous incremental improvement and is the best description of the way we work at SASH.

This role will be part of a dynamic and experienced team who will be supporting our trust priorities, delivery of our strategic objectives and plans for financial recovery. Full training and education to support certification as a band 8A Kaizen specialist is provided and supported by a learning agreement. Upon certification and appointment to a substantive specialist role post holders will be expected to contribute to the work of the KPO in SASH for a period of two years in order to avoid repayment of training costs.
