Job summary
I am looking for a colleague keen to work with me as a member of the board in the leadership role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The successful candidate will bring with them a wealth of senior operational management experience and have the ability to lead and inspire others to deliver high levels of operational performance. This is a key strategic post for the Trust and the COO is a full voting member of the board. As well as an internal focus, the successful candidate will play an important role in the Integrated Care System (ICS), working with ICS leaders and others in the local health economy to manage performance, and ultimately improve patient flow, experience and care across Surrey and Sussex.
