We are seeking an experienced & compassionate full-time Consultant Psychiatrist to become part of our multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with two other consultants.

Main duties of the job
This position is for a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in Working Age Adult Psychiatry within the Reigate Community Mental Health Recovery Service. In this role, you will carry out detailed assessments of mental health needs, provide urgent assessments & home visits, & perform responsibilities in accordance with the Mental Health Act.
You willFormulate and execute personalised care strategies tailored to individual needs, deliver therapeutic interventions & comprehensive support services to patients & their families. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive & integrated care.
You will provide guidance & support to non-medical colleagues during decision-making processes & caseload reviews, and provide clinical leadership & actively participate in the advancement of service development initiatives.

- Salary: NHS Consultant Grade £109,725 - £145,478 + £149 fringe
