Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director to lead the operational delivery of the Northeast Hampshire Adult Neighbourhood Mental Health Services while driving Trust-wide service development and improvement.
This is a senior leadership role combining operational management, strategic planning, and service transformation. You will work closely with local partners, Primary Care Networks, and people with lived experience to improve outcomes, reduce inequalities, and support the national strategy for neighbourhood health and the NHS 10 year Plan.

Main duties of the job
o Operational leadership of the adult neighbourhood mental health services in NE Hampshire.o Strategic lead for the development and transformation of neighbourhood mental health services across the Trust.o Delivery of high-quality, clinically effective, and person-centred care in line with national, Trust, and divisional objectives.o Build strong partnerships with health, social care, voluntary sector, service users, and carers.o Oversee performance, quality, financial management, and workforce planning.o Project and programme management of key transformation initiatives.o Deputise for the Divisional Director when required.
