Job summary
This is an opportunity for aAdministration Assistant Apprentice to join our friendly and supportive team at Talking Therapies.
Talking Therapies NHS Surreyis part of the Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust. We are a fast growing, primary care mental health service offering high quality evidence based psychological therapies for people with common mental health problems.
In this fast-paced administrative environment, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across a diverse range of tasks. The role involves a mix of routine work and responding to daily challenges. You will need to balance multi-tasking with meticulous attention to detail while delivering high-quality service.
Main duties of the job
You will need to have good organisational and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and experience in a busy office environment. We are looking for a person who is hard working, flexible and able to prioritise their work.
You will be required to complete a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship alongside your main day to day duties. The Apprenticeship will be delivered by our Training Provider, CT Skills. Please see attached the Apprenticeship brochure.
During the Apprenticeship, you'll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month - NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including The Organisation, decision making coaching and mentoring, Regulations & Planning, The Organisation, IT & document production, and more!
You will be given a minimum of 6 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, projects and training). All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.
