It has been a high performing service for many years and has remained in the NHS since it started over 3 decades ago. We are offering a Band 5/6 development opportunity as a Substance Misuse Nurse working in our community detoxification team. The postholder will primarily be based in Redhill but there will be requirements to travel to other sites at times. The role will primarily be working with the i-access detoxification team to provide pharmacological and therapeutic interventions.
