Job summary
Local Security Management Specialist will provide excellent security management throughout the Trust in order to keep our staff, visitors, people who use services and working environments safe. The Local Security Management Specialist will also provide inspirational leadership to staff in relation to the effective mitigation and management of risk. The Local Security Management Specialist is a strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing security management across the Trust. They will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation and have a proven track record of developing and implementing security strategies that align with organisational goals, as well as experience in managing complex security challenges in a dynamic healthcare environment.
