Surrey and Borders Partnership is building a new hospital Silverwood

Silverwood will contain four adult inpatient wards and is due to open inAutumn 2024. Our ambition is to transform inpatient mental healthcare for our local population.

The new unit will provide 64 beds all with single ensuite bedrooms, two lounges and a dedicated garden for each ward, as well as a woodland area for supervised walks.

What to expect on the day: You will have the opportunity to talk to clinicians about the above roles on the day.There will also be a presentation on our new hospital Silverwood. Interviews will be provided on the day.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be a core member of the multi-disciplinary team, participating in the provision of on-going assessments, care planning, treatment and support of people with serious and enduring mental health problems and people in crisis. You will particularly ensure access to and availability of mental health nursing skills to users of mental health services and their families.
