Job summary
Working within the SABP Centralised DBT Service, we are a small, friendly service based in Chertsey, Surrey, providing DBT services across Surrey.
providing fully adherent DBT services ( individual sessions, skills group teaching, telephone coaching and attending weekly Consultation meetings) . The team also offers DBT-informed work - socialization for those with barriers to joining the full DBT programme.
You are expected to work on our core days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

To assess, plan, implement and evaluate the psychological needs of people using our serviceso To supervise and teach unqualified staff including studentso Promoting a psychological perspective both within teams and sharing with other colleagueso To support Service managers/ Clinical leads in the development and delivery of effective DBT services to include individual DBT sessions and Skills group teaching.o The postholder will be expected to work flexibly within the serv
