Job summary
We are looking for applicants who are interested in taking up a 0.6 w.t.e Band 7 adult psychotherapy (BCP/UKCP/CPJAC) post in our friendly and welcoming Psychotherapy Service based at Redhill.
You will be expected to have experience working with people who have severe and enduring mental health presentations and in offering assessment as well as individual and group psychotherapy. Experience in delivering MBT is desirable but for those candidates with no training in this modality training is available as part of career development.
Alongside MBT we offer excellent opportunities for you to develop your skills clinically and offer opportunities to train in CAT and TFP and to actively participate in audit and research.

Main duties of the job
To undertake psychotherapeutic consultations and provide individual psychodynamic psychotherapy.
To conduct both group analytic and mentalization based treatments following appropriate training and with ongoing supervision.

Must be available to attend face to face team meetings on Monday afternoon at 18 Mole Business Park, Leatherhead KT22 7AD but will be based at Gatton Place, St Matthews Way, Redhill RH1 1TA for two days a week.
