Job summary
Under the leadership of the General Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the management, overall supervision, initiation and embedding of effective business processes within the CFHS One Stop Team. Excellent communication skills are required with experience in managing internal and external relationships.
Main duties of the job
- Accountable to the local Manager, supporting the comprehensive day to day management of the team, supporting the management of heavy and complex diary commitments, ensuring the smooth running of the office and workflow whilst transacting urgent materials proactively and effectively.
- Manage all administrative aspects of the local Manager and Senior leads. This will include providing and receiving highly complex and sensitive information, using reassurance, and influencing skills to manage communications sensitively with stakeholders.
- To be the first point of contact for callers to the local Manager and Senior leads, managing internal and external enquiries and to present complex information succinctly in a range of formats, including verbally and through use of technology and re-directing these as appropriate.
- Responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely completion of information on the clinical record that can be populated by team administrators. This may include demographic information and functionality such as out coming appointments in accordance with the agreed Standard Operational Procedures.
