Job summary
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the South West CYPS Community team. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to organise and carry out your work within clear timeframes. You will be meeting and greeting YP and their families, booking appointments, and dealing with enquiries to the team.
Applicants will need to have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team but be able to work independently. They should have a high level of IT skills, including Microsoft office, previous experience of electronic patient record systems is desirable but not essential.
As a successful candidate you must be able to work in a busy office and be able to manage workload despite regular interruptions. The post will include working closely with the Office Manager, Service manager, professional leads and clinicians who make up the team.
The South West CYPS Team have two bases, Azalea House (Guildford) and Theta (Frimley), work across both bases may be required.
Main duties of the job
My job makes better lives by ensuring that the Teamhas efficient and appropriate administrative support to enable them to provide the best clinical support possible to people who use our services.
Job Overview
To provide office administrative duties for a multi-disciplinary Community Team including face-to-face contact with the public; people who use our services and their families and carers; medical staff; and other agencies.
Suitable for someone who is looking for a busy and challenging environment to develop and establish effective working relationships and has a passion for supporting the delivery of high quality services.
