Job summary

As an Activities Coordinator within the Therapies Team at Farnham Road Hospital, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for people who use our services. Your role would help to provide high quality, caring service that makes a positive and effective contribution to the care pathway of people admitted onto the wards in the acute phase of their illness. This role involves planning, designing, organising, and running leisure and meaningful engagement activities considering the needs and interests of individual members and to support, challenge and enhance the psychological, spiritual, social, and emotional well being of individuals.

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and North East Hampshire. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.
