Job summary
This is an exciting new role which will lead the implementation of DIALOG and DIALOG+ - a new outcomes framework and intervention across our adult mental health community and inpatient services.
Central to our Organisational Strategy, we are committed to developing better ways of really measuring what matters most to the people we serve and this significant change programme is a great opportunity for an strategic experienced leader to be accountable for the full programme delivery including the detailed scoping, planning, delivery and benefits realisation, budget and quality expectations.
We are looking for an individual with highly developed influencing skills with the ability to enthuse, motivate and involve individuals and teams. The successful implementation of DIALOG+ will rely on support from both our staff and our patients and carers and we are looking for someone with a commitment to co production as a foundation of our design approach.
Main duties of the job
- Develop the strategic plan for the delivery of the programme ensuring this is coproduced with clinical and operational teams, and people with lived experience.
- Lead the introduction of DIALOG and DIALOG+ across community, crisis and inpatient services within two Integrated Care Systems.
- Responsible for rolling out DIALOG and DIALOG+ within cost, quality and time parameters.
- Lead and embed a change in culture and clinical practice across the Trust.
- Lead the design of new clinical and Operational Performance indicators to meet new clinical standards associated with DIALOG and DIALOG+.
- Provide leadership to staff aligned to and working on the project providing matrix management and ensuring team behaviours reflect the Trust's values at all times.
