Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive PA to our Chief Finance Officer and Director of Finance to join our fast paced and busy Executive Office. The post holder will be work within the Chief Executive's Office and be responsible for providing high quality, confidential and efficient PA support.
The post holder will support the Chief Finance Officer and Director of Finance in their key internal and external relationships, and in the achievement of their objectives to enable them to lead the organisation effectively.
We are seeking a highly organised individual who is experienced and adept at constant prioritisation of both theirs and their Directors workload, acting as a gatekeeper and playing an ambassadorial role in the absence of the Executives they support. A good communicator with excellent IT and evidence based secretarial skills is key to being successful in this role.

Main duties of the job
The post holder be responsible for proactive diary and email management, arranging in-house meetings, external and system meetings, minuting meetings, preparing presentations and being the first port of call for the Directors.
