Job summary
This is an exciting and newly created role for a dynamic governance professional. Working with the Associate Director of Governance and the Corporate Governance Manager, the post holder will ensure the Trust's Corporate Affairs and Governance are undertaken to the highest standards of probity and according to statutory and legislative requirements.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will coordinate and support the effective operation of Executive and corporate governance business across Group and Trust structures, supporting the flow of assurance, information and decision-making. The role supports the planning and delivery of Executive, Board and Committee processes, maintains governance cycles and contributes to corporate risk reporting. Working closely with the Associate Director of Corporate Affairs & Governance and Corporate Governance Manager, the post holder acts as a key link between Executive support, directorates and governance forums, providing resilience across Corporate Governance and Executive Office functions.
