Job summary
The Digital Test Analysis role has been collaboratively developed by Ashford and St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, now operating as a Group Model Organisation. The EPR at Both trusts is Clinically Led by the Groups CCIO and CNIOs. This role reports to the Lead Integration Architect with direct oversight from the Digital Clinical Leadership.
The role is based at Ashford and St. Peter's Hospitals, with an expectation of an in-person presence across the Chertsey Site and the Guildford Site of Royal Surrey to enable collaboration with key stakeholders and colleagues.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate would work in a fast-paced agile environment working with a variety of stakeholders to define and plan tests, taking into account any changes in requirements. The Test Analyst is accountable for the integrity, quality assurance, defect management of new software releases from development through to live operation.Working closely with the ePR development, change analysts and other subject-matter experts the post-holder will be involved in structuring tests due fit to fulfil extensive test coverage on appointed requirements.Software releases will vary in complexity and depth of impact on the Trust. The postholder will be required provide testing support to trust-wide live implementation activities for a full roll-out. The postholder will also engage and work with required teams to ensure robust builds are deployed by testing thoroughly strategically on areas of the system for each build prior to release.
