Job summary
We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated, and confident person with experience in providing a high standard of customer care. The post holder will provide a comprehensive patient focused reception service working in our Outpatient Reception at Ashford and St Peters NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will work across the Trust sites, which could include Woking.

The successful candidate must have previous reception experience and have excellent communication and customer service skills.

By supporting and welcoming patients into services that cater to their unique needs, the Outpatient Administrator will also provide administrative support to a team, acting as a bridge between patients, doctors, practitioners, and other healthcare professionals, and managing appointments. The staff member will consistently deliver high-quality customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
