  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Neonatal Clinical Practice Educator (Band 7) to join our dedicated neonatal team at St Peters Hospital Chertsey.
 This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of neonatal nursing by leading on education, training, and professional development for staff across our Neonatal Unit.

  Main duties of the job
  To support and facilitate staff in clinical areas to identify opportunities for maintaining and improving standards of patient care.In liaison with the Heads of Nursing, Deputy Chief Nurse and Professional Development Lead promote a quality service using research and evidence-based practice including the setting, monitoring and auditing of clinical standards.
 Provide education and training to multidisciplinary team staff and assist in the delivery of training programmes for nurses to expand their skills.
 Develop guidelines and implement developments.
 Act as a resource for all disciplines of staff including pre-registration students.
 If applying for the B6 development role they must undertake their PG cert with 1 year to move into the CPE post
