Job summary

The post holder will provide administrative and operational support to the Imaging Network and will assist in project documentation, coordination of recovery activities, and ensure smooth functioning of the network operations.

The post holder will assist the Imaging Network in organising and maintaining project documentation, including closure reports, corrective action plans, and recovery progress updates.

To work as part of the Network team and be responsible for managing own projects, with the support of the Programme and Project Manager(s).

Identify and reconcile key stakeholder interests in projects.

Identify, assess and prioritise risks associated with the projects.

The post holder must work on their own initiative with a sound understanding of the objectives of the programmes and current practices to manage workload and ensure information is communicated appropriately and enquiries are directed correctly

Scheduling tasks, setting milestones and liaising with colleagues ensuring that target dates are met, and project objectives are achieved

Update plans as project(s) progress, including version control and communication

Forge strong working relationships with key stakeholders, providing advice and support

Manage and enhance relationship with users by providing an effective, courteous, professional service

Quickly and effectively receive and communicate highly complex, sensitive or contentious issues in a manner that is easily understood by a wide range of clinical and non-clinical colleagues via a range of communication methods including presentations to large groups, reports, documentation, direct discussion and email

Maintain appropriate reports, meeting minutes, key actions and ensure they are updated, reviewed and shared to facilitate project milestones and deliverables.
