We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic midwives to join our team and work collaboratively with the MDT to strive towards achieving the highest standards of maternity care.

Main duties of the job

Be an autonomous practitioner supporting the physiological birth process assessing, identifying abnormalities and escalating concerns as required for further MDT input.

Provide professional clinical midwifery care in uncomplicated pregnancies during the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal stages.

Ensure referral to the appropriate health professional when deviations from the normal occur and to work in partnership with that health professional to facilitate ongoing assessments and safe standards of care.
