Job summary
Divisional PA - GS-ACT
The division of General Surgery, Anaesthetics, Critical Care and Theatres are looking for a enthusiastic and experienced PA to support the Divisional Triumvirate in administrative tasks to deliver the strategic objectives of the division.
The ideal successful candidate will be an experienced Personal Assistant, highly organised in order to meet tight deadlines with excellent diary management and meeting scheduling skills and liaising with the different stakeholders effectively and professional.
Flexible working patterns are encouraged and will be considered.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will:
- Provide comprehensive confidential and professional administrative and secretarial service to the GS-ACT Divisional Triumvirate.
- Ensuring that all work is dealt with promptly and efficiently and in accordance with the Trust's Policies and Procedures. A high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality is required.
- Support divisional Tri in delivery of Divisional strategic projects.
Support Divisional and Specialty Governance meetings with minute taking and action logs.
