Job summary
Health Innovation Oxford and Thames Valley (HIOTV) is recruiting anEvaluation and Adoption Project Manager to join the Strategic and Industry Partnerships (SIP) team on a12-month maternity cover contract.
The post will focus on delivering real-world evaluations of healthcare innovations and supporting their adoption and scale across the NHS. You will manage a portfolio of projects, working closely with innovators, clinicians, commissioners and system partners to demonstrate clinical and economic value.
This role suits an experienced project manager with a strong understanding of the healthcare system and an interest in innovation, evaluation and service improvement.
Main duties of the job

Manage a portfolio of evaluation and adoption projects, supporting the delivery of real-world evaluations of healthcare innovations.

Work closely with innovators, NHS providers, commissioners and other stakeholders to ensure projects are well designed, delivered and supported.

Apply appropriate evaluation approaches to demonstrate the clinical, economic and system value of innovations in real-world settings.

Support the adoption and scaling of innovations that are proven to be clinically effective and cost effective.

Undertake routine project management activities including project planning, reporting, milestone tracking and risk management.

Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies in line with programme governance.

Build and maintain effective working relationships across organisational and sector boundaries.

Contribute to meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities, including patient and public involvement
