Job summary
Are you passionate about patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in radiology services? We are seeking a proactive and experienced radiographer to lead quality assurance and compliance operations within the JR Radiology Department at Oxford University Hospitals (OUH).
Main duties of the job
- Lead the development and maintenance of a robust regulatory compliance and quality framework across JR Radiology services.
- Ensure full compliance with IR(ME)R and IRR regulations, H&S and ICP embedding best practice and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other Superintendent radiographers to uphold high standards of patient care and safety.
- Balance assurance and clinical responsibilities in a hybrid role (approximately 60% assurance, 40% clinical).
- Drive audit processes, regulatory readiness, and digital documentation standards.
- Act as a confident communicator and collaborative leader within the multidisciplinary team.
We are seeking a confident communicator and collaborative leader with a strong background in radiography and quality assurance. Experience with regulatory compliance, audit processes, and digital documentation systems is essential.
