Job summary
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to offer the opportunity to join our team within The Ambulatory Outreach team as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP). The post will be based at the Community within the Medicine Directorate.
Main duties of the job
The Virtual Ward is rapidly expanding, and it is supporting community services and admission avoidance. We are looking to enhance and develop our team of ACPs, providing an opportunity for those who are interested in to develop their clinical practice in the service using, knowledge and leadership skills while delivering a high standard of care to our patients.
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate individuals who have an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice. You must have relevant clinical experience and have a professional qualification as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner. ACP with varied levels of experience are welcome to apply.
This is a full-time post; you will be working an 0.8 clinical practice / 0.2 dedicated study time (pro- rata) providing a 7 day service. As a ACP you will work towards fulfilling the expectations and core capabilities of an ACP as set out in the HEE Multi-professional Framework for Advanced Clinical Practice in England. This will be achieved through workplace-based assessments in clinical practice, with a named clinical supervisor, and clinical supervision.
