Job summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to manage and oversee digital projects within the Pharmacy directorate at OUHFT, including our current Pharmacy Stock Control replacement project. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management and a passion for improving healthcare delivery through digital initiatives.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the overall management of the Pharmacy Stock Control replacement project, as well as future digital projects within Pharmacy. These responsibilities include project definition and initiation, stakeholder engagement, project planning, benefit-realisation and ensuring the project completes on time, and within defined constraints. Once completed, the post holder will ensure system sign-off from all relevant stakeholders, and produce a comprehensive post-implementation report, including handover to the pharmacy directorate management at project closure.The role requires a professional project management approach that involves considerableresponsibility for co-ordinating activities in accordance with objectives of the project and any relevant Trust standards and policies. A strong project management background is essential.
