Job summary

Friendly caring person with good communication and organisation skills to work with volunteers and 2 other part time manager to run the Tea Bar efficiently serving fresh rolls and confectionery to our customers who include patients, Hospital Staff and visitors.

Main duties of the job

Friendly caring person with good communication and organisation skills to work with volunteers and 2 other part time manager to run the Tea Bar efficiently serving fresh rolls and confectionery to our customers who include patients, Hospital Staff and visitors.

Placing orders with suppliers as required.

Organise rota of volunteers to ensure Tea Bar staffed at all times.

Responsible for Cashing up Daily.

Supervise or help with as required the daily preparation of rolls, serve customers as required any other duties to keep our friendly Tea Bar running efficiently.
