Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen with the development of a brand new role of Digital Ambassador and Fellowship Programme Managerto join TheHill Oxford. TheHill is embedded within Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, our aim is to bring digital and innovative technologies into the NHS for the benefit of patients and staff.
Due to our growing success since the conception of TheHill in 2019, we are looking to expand the team hence the development of this role. This role will lead TheHill's Digital Ambassador programme which provides Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH) employees the opportunity to be part of an inclusive community of digital innovators, furthering the culture of digital leadership. Digital Ambassadors are vital to support our ability to progress new solutions along through the pipeline process to adoption.
Main duties of the job
This is a fast-paced, demanding, yet highly rewarding role which includes:
- Responsible for developing and delivering the Digital Ambassadors Programme: designing the programme, finalising the programme timetable with clear detailed objectives for each session outlined which are aligned to TheHill strategic aims, OUH vision.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of all tiers of the Digital Ambassadors programme, including liaising with Ambassadors, setting up meetings and activities, organising events and recruitment and collecting feedback and metrics for the programme;
- Run a minimum of 1 recruitment exercise annually to the Digital Ambassador Programme, including overseeing the promotion of the programme to attract suitable applicants for future intakes and developing and implementing an applicant scoring process used to assess applicant suitability and selection for cohort;
