Job summary

The Digital Programme at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a PSO Manager to join our team delivering projects underpinning Trust strategic objectives.

The role would suit good people managers. Familiarity with OUH EPR and interest in digital solutions would be an advantage.

The Trust is a leader in providing digital tools to help staff improve quality and experience of care.

We are looking to fill a number of vacancies and develop our team over the next 3 years.

The Digital Programme offers hybrid home-onsite working.

Main duties of the job

Support EPR Project go-lives, working with project managers to ensure the smooth rollout of EPR new functionality without risk or upset to patients.

Managing a team of 12 with one other PSO manager.

About us

Working within a friendly and supportive team as part of the wider digital division. Work may extend accross all four hospital sites where OUH EPR is used, as well as satellite sites.
