Job summary
This is an exciting new role within the NOTSSCaN Divisional Team. The post holder will be highly motivated, innovative, and experienced in managing projects, operations, improvement techniques and analytics to deliver a challenging but exciting programme of change. The post holder will be driving the implementation of several specific existing strategic and operational transformation plans. They will support reporting, planning and delivery of service reconfiguration, cost improvement plan realisation, and improvement projects across the Division. Main duties of the job
The post holder will draw on their considerable previous personal experience of demonstrable delivery of a portfolio of complex projects, within budget and on time to be responsible for effective delivery of assigned transformation projects.

The NOTSSCaN Division covers Neurosciences, Orthopaedics, Trauma, Specialist Surgery, Children's and Neonates as well as being responsible for West Wing Theatres, JR Theatres and NOC Theatres giving the postholder a broad range of services to work with and make a difference in.
