Catering Supervisor (Retail)

Job summary

We have an excellent opportunity to join the Catering Retail Team as a Catering Retail Supervisor.

As the Retail Supervisor you will promote and embrace brand awareness such as Costa Coffee.

You will carry out a comprehensive range of tasks such as cash handling, audits and supervisory tasks to include rotas, sickness and to assist in the day to day management based at Samuel Johnson Hospital.

Your role will also be responsible for the daily management of the main kitchen ensuring the patient catering operation runs smoothly to enhance patient experience.

Main duties of the job

Carry out a wide range of Retail Supervisors duties including ordering goods and arranging themed days.

The work is varied and interesting, it demands initiative and awareness. Good communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team plus a flexible approach to working hours, which will include, weekends and Bank Holidays which are all essential in order to meet the needs of the department.

Cross site working maybe required.

Full training will be given.
