Senior Clinical Fellow in Hand Surgery

Job summary

This is a fixed term position for 12 months from October 2026 for a Senior Hand Fellow in Hand Surgery to join our very busy and highly regarded Unit. We are looking for an individual who has either completed their specialist training or a final year trainee with significant interest and experience of modern hand surgery techniques.

Main duties of the job

A wide variety of procedures are performed, and the post holder will rotate between Consultants to allow supervision/instruction and maximise the experience.

Full MRCS/FRCS in either Plastic or Orthopaedic Surgery is required
Full GMC Registration with a license to practice at time of application

Up to date knowledge & experience of modern Hand Surgery techniques
