Due to our expanding team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Coder to join our busy and growing Clinical Coding Team.

If you have practical clinical coding experience and are confident using ICD-10 and OPCS-4.10 classifications, we'd love to hear from you. We welcome applications from reliable, adaptable individuals with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. You should be motivated and committed to upholding Clinical Coding Rules and meeting commissioning deadlines.
The recruitment process will involve a practical coding assessment.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will contribute to delivering a high-quality coding service across the organisation by providing accurate and timely clinical coding in accordance with national standards and requirements.
You will have:
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in your ability
- A proactive approach to ensuring high standards of coded data
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Able to manage workload effectively in a busy environment and meet deadlines
Confirmation of attendance at a Clinical Coding Standards Course will be required, as will confirmation of attendance at a Clinical Coding Refresher Course if applicable.
