Job summary

An excellent career opportunity has arisen within our ESR team for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our friendly team as an ESR Administrator.

You will provide an effective, high quality, comprehensive administration service to support the ESR team and our managers, Trust wide by providing a responsive, customer focused ESR service.

The role will cover a wide range of administration duties and will deal with general queries and enquiries from a range of individuals including internal trust colleagues, bank and permanent workers.

If you are looking for a career within a ESR and Workforce function where you will be able to develop your skills and knowledge, then this could be the right opportunity for you. In return we will offer full support and training.

Main duties of the job

You will have the ability to prioritise work whilst working in a fast paced and pressurised environment, as well as having a flexible approach to work. A good level of attention to detail is an essential requirement for this demanding role, as well as working effectively as part of a team. Utilising advanced keyboard skills and Microsoft Office IT systems to ensure accurate data inputting is essential.
