Job summary
This role will have you working within a small multi-skilled team of estates personal, working to an agreed framework of planned maintenance and agreed response times to reactive works.
Ensuring that legislative compliance is adhered to at all times, also to ensure the building is a safe environment for patients, staff and relatives.

Main duties of the job
Carry out routine and non-routine base level craftsman's planned, corrective and breakdown maintenance work using own initiative within UHDB retained sites and associated properties. Have the ability to recognise the required standards needed and apply the relevant remedial work required to resolve the situation
Observing all relevant safety standards and procedures, to ensure a safe working environment for all patients, visitors and staff.
