Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and forward thinking Discharge and Transfer Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
You will require strong communication skills as you will be working as part of a larger multi-disciplinary team. You will be required to demonstrate sensitivity and discretion.
This post is for 37.5 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
- To use patient administration system and other Trust applications required to support the patient's pathway.
- Responsible for dealing with all queries, either via telephone or face to face promptly and efficiently.
- Responsible for completion of general administration tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, fault reporting, data inputting and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Administration support for the senior team may be required.
- Order and maintain team supplies as necessary and in accordance with Trust policies
