Here on Ward 5 at Florence Nightingale Community Hospital we are looking to recruit enthusiastic Band 5 Registered nurses who will deliver a high-quality patient care and thrive on the opportunities this post offers. Main duties of the job
As a Band 5 Registered Nurse you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of high quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care, including: assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of holistic and individualised care. This will be in line with local, Trust wide and national policies, procedures, values and behaviours.
