We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic, friendly and forward thinking team as a Lead Physicist (MPE) for Radiotherapy Imaging.
The successful candidate will act as MPE and provide leadership and strategic direction in the imaging area of radiotherapy physics, both pre-treatment and treatment, working closely with the lead physicist for pre-treatment and the lead physicist for QA and Dosimetry.

Radiotherapy Physics provides a comprehensive clinical physics service to University Hospitals of Derby and Burton (UHDB) providing radiotherapy treatments to the Trust's population in Derbyshire and Staffordshire. As we enter into an exciting new round of equipment replacement, we are looking to further develop our SABR service, introduce adaptive radiotherapy and increase our activity in research and development. We are aspiring to become an STP training centre and to participate in the Higher Specialist Scientific Training scheme.
