Job summary
As a learning and development (L&D) administrator you will be a key part of the team and central to all of the activities we provide to our 20,000+ customers. You will be pivotal in delivering fantastic customer service, help us to plan, co-ordinate and administrate learning and development delivery across all areas of the team and also support wider colleagues across the Integrated Care System (ICS) and our neighbouring organisations.
Key to this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, educators, trainers and colleagues. Your planning skills, attention to detail and can-do attitude will help you thrive and grow in the role. Furthermore, you will work alongside a fun and vibrant team who have a collective passion to help our learners gain the skills and confidence they need to deliver exceptional care to our patients.
This role is part of our Learning and Development Operational Hub, and you will be the central point for data, finance and customer service across our wide portfolio of learning opportunities provided for our customers.
Main duties of the job
Provide excellent customer service to a wide variety of learners, supporting them with their learning needs and enquiries.
Support in all administration tasks related to the planning and coordination of education programmes - both digital and online.
Maintain accurate training records, certificates, surveys and invitations to learning.
To provide reports on learning activity and evaluation.
Build trusted working relationships with learning facilitators who deliver learning programmes.
When necessary work flexibly across all UHDB sites / external venues to support event hosting.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of learning opportunities to help advise customers on what support is available to help them learn and grow.
