Job summary
As a Learning Management System (LMS) expert you will be future focused, informing the team around the rapidly developing specialist field of data and learning systems development. The post holder will work with HR colleagues to lead and contribute towards projects linked to learning, development, talent development and appraisals.
Working with the team you will lead the administration infrastructure for the LMS, ensuring administration process are robust, lean and easy for our customers to navigate. You will also support the design of learning matrices required to manage quality, governance and reporting.
The post holder will be a senior LMS Super User, working closely with Digital and Administration Services to ensure system functionality is optimised, sustainable and grows with the learning agenda required to deliver exceptional care. You will also mentor others within the team and across UHDB, developing LMS skills, knowledge and confidence.
Main duties of the job
This is a future focused role, where you will be anticipating customer demands and keeping abreast of the moving technology in this important area of learning and development services. Your duties will be shaped by the fast paced and moving agenda and will include:
Shaping LMS Infrastructure to ensure it meets current and future customer expectations and needs.
Collaborating with others to scope and expand functionality for our customers.
Leading projects inline with improvements to service delivery.
Develop LMS expertise across the L&D team and wider business, acting as subject matter expert, coach and mentor.
Designing and creating reports to ensure we measure the impact of learning and development investment, and meet our governance requirements of being a highly regulated organisation.
To ensure robust digital content management, meeting all IP and GPDR requirements.
