We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Band 5 Registered nurses who will deliver a high-quality patient care and thrive on the opportunities this post offers. Community health care is changing and fast developing, and it is an exciting time to be a part of the Discharge Business Unit! The posts advertised will be for allocation on one of the 4 community wards, 2 at Sir Robert Peel, Tamworth and 2 at Samuel Johnson Community Hospital, Lichfield.

Main duties of the job
As a Band 5 Registered Nurse you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of high quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care, including: assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of holistic and individualised care. This will be in line with local, Trust wide and national policies, procedures, values and behaviours.
