Collaborative Leadership: You'll partner with colleagues from various departments, including line managers, other People Services Team members, and trade union representatives, to ensure our employee relations are first-rate.HR Expertise: Our People Services Advisory Team provides essential guidance and support on employee relations matters. Main duties of the job

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Leading the People Services Advisory team to ensure a high-quality Employee Relations service to UHDB.

  • Understanding the Just Culture approach to implement and embed within the team to improve employee relations outcomes and increase Line Manger capability.

  • Developing the team to ensure a broad range of skills and experience that can deal with the variety of casework at UHDB.

  • Working with the HR Business Partners to implement the vision and strategy to improve employee relations outcomes for UHDB.

  • Ensuring the team keep accurate data of all employee relations casework and provide information to the HR Business Partners on key trends, KPI's and SLA's.
