Collaborative Leadership: You'll partner with colleagues from various departments, including line managers, other People Services Team members, and trade union representatives, to ensure our employee relations are first-rate.HR Expertise: Our People Services Advisory Team provides essential guidance and support on employee relations matters. Main duties of the job
Key aspects of the role include:

Leading the People Services Advisory team to ensure a high-quality Employee Relations service to UHDB.

Understanding the Just Culture approach to implement and embed within the team to improve employee relations outcomes and increase Line Manger capability.

Developing the team to ensure a broad range of skills and experience that can deal with the variety of casework at UHDB.

Working with the HR Business Partners to implement the vision and strategy to improve employee relations outcomes for UHDB.

Ensuring the team keep accurate data of all employee relations casework and provide information to the HR Business Partners on key trends, KPI's and SLA's.
