As an Insight Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making within our organisation. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and managers to extract, analyse and interpret data, providing valuable insights to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Main duties of the job

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and
  • Extract, clean and transform data from various sources, including electronic health records and administrative
  • Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualise data and communicate findings
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses in response to specific healthcare
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to translate data insights into actionable
  • Stay up to date with healthcare industry trends and best practices in date

Qualifications and Skills Required for a Job as an Insight Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, or a relate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, SQL, Python, R).
  • Experience working with healthcare data and electronic health records is a
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and
  • Ability to work independently, managing projects
  • Able to adapt to changing project
  • A genuine interest in exploring and uncovering insights within healthcare
