As an Insight Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making within our organisation. Main duties of the job
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and
- Extract, clean and transform data from various sources, including electronic health records and administrative
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualise data and communicate findings
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses in response to specific healthcare
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to translate data insights into actionable
- Stay up to date with healthcare industry trends and best practices in date
Qualifications and Skills Required for a Job as an Insight Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, or a relate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, SQL, Python, R).
- Experience working with healthcare data and electronic health records is a
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and
- Ability to work independently, managing projects
- Able to adapt to changing project
- A genuine interest in exploring and uncovering insights within healthcare
