Job summary

UHDB and Chesterfield Royal Hospital are part of the largest digital health and social care transformation programme in the world. With an investment of more than £1 billion pounds a year nationally and a significant additional spend locally, this programme of work has been created to give staff and citizens the technology they need.

Due to this brand-new Innovation programme, we will be looking for a number of specialists to lead this Digital transformation, which will support health and social care in Derbyshire. One of these roles is for an experienced Benefits and Realisation Programme Manager

You will be responsible for initiating and overseeing benefits realization governance for the Electronic Patient Record Programme to ensure optimum benefits are delivered and to demonstrate return on investment to key stakeholders.

This role will require working with a variety of stakeholders within and outside programme team across the Derbyshire ICS.

Main duties of the job

This new role carries the responsibility to lead the development and implementation of an appropriate Digital Benefits Realisation framework and act as an ambassador for its principles by proactively advising colleagues and stakeholders to understand its importance.

You will also be required to develop and implement clear methodology for the collection of data to articulate and map the Outcomes of project activities, turning analysis into case studies to communicate the programmes impacts and achievements.

The successful post holder will have:

  • Excellent Stakeholder Management of diverse background and capabilities.
  • To be a strong advocate for explaining the significance of Benefits Management during and after the Programme.
  • To analyse diverse data sets to complete conclusive reviews.
  • Be able to work with a faced paced Transformation Programme.
  • Manage the tracking system for the realization of benefits.
  • Ability to write reports and communicate outcomes through data.
