Job summary

We require an enthusiastic, organised and flexible individual to be a part of our Administration team.

Post available: 37.5 hrs a week. Derby Private Health is based at The Royal Derby Hospital. The post holder will be expected to work 7.5 hours from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30 am and 7pm to cover the service needs.

Applicants must be confident communicators with the ability to liaise with colleagues and patients. Essential qualities are strong organisational/time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure using your own initiative and a good team player. Flexibility is required.

Main duties of the job

Applicants should have demonstrable experience of working in a busy customer-focused or care environment or have call handling and reception experience. Core skills/qualifications include: educated to English Language and Mathematics at O' level/GCSE level or equivalent.

IT literacy, good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and individually, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities of this role will include, answering telephone calls, booking appointments , supporting the team, administration duties.
